Industry Collaboration

The Department of Financial Technology Applications (FTA) at Ming Chuan University focuses on “Finance × Technology × Practice.” Through industry collaboration projects, internship matching, co-teaching with industry professionals, and networking activities, students gain exposure to real-world scenarios and industry challenges during their studies, building verifiable projects and practical experience to bridge the gap between learning and work.

How We Collaborate

Industry–academia collaboration is not limited to internships. Common forms of collaboration include:

Industry-Project-Oriented Capstone

The company provides real-world topics or data scenarios, and students, guided jointly by faculty and industry mentors, complete analyses, prototypes, or proposals, producing tangible outcomes that can be showcased.

Internships and Talent Development

Through campus announcements and collaboration channels, students are offered internships and career guidance activities related to FinTech. You can refer directly to the department’s “Internship Opportunities” page for details.

Industry Mentor Co-Teaching / Guest Lectures & Networking

Industry experts are invited to share trends, case studies, and tools, ensuring that classroom content stays aligned with current industry practices and helping students understand workplace expectations.
